Besides her lofty talent and generous ways, Mrs. Noel-Stier has an enormous beauty. She has been winning beauty contest much of her life. Since she was eleven years old, she has been participating in pageants. Voted Queen of the PBA back in Michigan many years ago, she has been one queen or another ever since. Five times Mrs. Middlesex County, she is the queen of Central Jersey. As you will see, she went on to become Mrs. New Jersey. With a face like that, how could she miss!
